2. How does GoExpe work?

GoExpe is very user friendly, just follow these three steps to start using our platform:

1) Sign up for your free account at https://www.goexpe.com/signup
2) Create your activity along with ticketing information.
3) Start selling tickets within minutes on your own website, and social media platforms!

When someone buys a ticket to your activity, they will receive an email confirmation with a QR code and any information that is needed for easy check in. You can monitor ticket sales in real-time from your account, and generate attendee reports at any time.

3. What are the fees using GoExpe service?

Our fee is the simplest in the ticketing industry, only 2% of the total ticket sale proceeds! For example, if your total ticket sale proceeds are $10,000, you will pay us just $200. It doesn't get any better than this as the ticketing industry is known for all kinds of confusing and hidden fees.

We collect our fee from you through weekly invoices.

4. How do I accept credit card payments using the GoExpe platform?
GoExpe is integrated with all the major credit card processing companies - PayPal, Stripe, Braintree and Authorize.net. All you need is an account with one of these credit card processing companies, and ticket sale proceeds go directly to your bank account as they are selling.
5. Do you collect any other fees from the attendees?
No, we don't collect any fees from the attendee. They only pay your ticket price set by you. We strive to give the best experience of buying tickets online to Attendees by not collecting any other fees along with the ticket price. We operate with the simple motto of "What you see is what you pay!".
6. I am not in the USA, can I still use GoExpe?
Yes! We support 100+ international currencies. We also allow you to customize every word we display in the ticket buying process to support your local language.
7. Do I have to sign a contract with GoExpe to get started?
No. We value your flexibility, and we are confident that once you begin using GoExpe, you won't want to switch! We don't lock our customers into contracts.
